I give this taxi company 1 star only i have had no experience with this company. The following is more for the drivers, and dispatch to take into consideration. Distracted driving laws have been in effect since 2012! It is a 10,000 fine if caught driving distracted! Public individuals CAN call the police and follow you to report this. Repeated offenses could land you in PRISON for up to 1yr. If you are found to have been distracted driving and in an accident the fine goes up to 50,000 an repayment of all damages. If you are found to have been distracted driving and KILLED someone, the fine goes up to 250,000, repayment of all damages and medical care, then up to 20yrs in prison. Save a life! Pass this on to your drivers!
Tim went way above duty to help me get my car started. Couldn’t unlock it because the battery was dead, and couldn’t charge it because the doors were locked because the battery was dead so he made extra trip To come back and jump it and now it’s charging! Thank you so much Tim for your help.
I called to order a cab and they were friendly. I got offered a ride from a nice person I met at moose’s tooth and called back to cancel about 4 minutes after. The response I got was “oh yeah, just waste peoples time”. I got offered a free ride, and called to let them know. I am also a cab driver in Homer, and I appreciate when people let me know when they have secured another ride. I will never call this business again. A bad attitude gets you NO WHERE. Appreciate when someone lets you know they won’t be there, I could have left you hanging. In response to the owner of this business posting my private information online, I would have to say there is your proof that this company is unprofessional and untrustworthy. If you have a negative experience with them and chose to review them, they will retaliate. Thank you city taxi for proving my point for me.
