Customer service goes a long way. Being able to work WITH customers is the key to running a successful business, something management at Interstate Batteries in Anchorage have no idea about. If i have a battery that was new a week ago and no longer holds a charge and we have done what we can do to revive it and you refuse to warranty it and argue, YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG. When a professional customer says there are issues with batteries on a regular basis and you fight and contest inevitably costing your customer a customer, you have done a great disservice to yourself and the industry. Your batteries are worse than the cheapest batteries at WalMart. We have had more issues with Interstate batteries in the last few years than literally every other brand. Good luck staying in business running it the way you do. I wouldn't want to stand behind garbage products either...

Waste of time...do anything to not warranty batteries sold here and used properly... Costco had Interstate at half the price... Done buying local when they don’t support local.

Hard to get refurbished 6 volt golf cart batteries and I need four of them!!!!! 1 phone call and 30 minutes later I am back in business. Saved my butt. Thanx interstate battery.i owe you one. P.s. I bought the last four. So you might wanna call 1st.
I Came here to purchase a battery for my motorcycle. I Told the guy at the counter the make and model of my motorcycle and he gave me my battery. I Went home, poured the liquid into the battery, tried to install it on my motorcycle and it didn't fit. It was the wrong battery. I Went back and told them they gave me the wrong battery. The guy at the counter told me I had to buy it since I already poured the liquids into it and that I should have verified it was the correct one. I said you gotta be kidding me. You're the battery expert, I told you the make and model and you gave me the wrong battery. I asked to speak to someone in management. The owner came out and he was even ruder than the guy at the counter. They refused to give me another battery or to refund me my money. I contacted corporate, told them my story, and they couldn't believe the way I had been treated. They gave me a full refund. Go to Batteries Plus for your battery needs. They have better prices and will treat you like a consumer should be treated. Good grief. Good riddance.
