I'd recommend this place over anyone. Met Dave today and he helped us out and got our boat running for the bassmasters high school tournament. Want to thank y'all for everything. Everyone there was nice and polite and very helpful. Once again thanks for everything.

We had our jet skis winterized by Captain Dave for a reasonable price and we were very satisfied. Jump to the 2020 season. Problems with one of the skis loosing speed and acceleration. Took it back to Dave’s, they said it needed a tune up, odd since we only have less than 60 hours, but they are the experts, right? Upon pickup, they said “We tested it and it is fine”. We put it in the water, it was not fixed, no acceleration, same vibration. They did not fix the problem and lied about it. Back to them to repair....again....this time they say it is the drive shaft?? It is under warranty but they said it was “driver”s fault”. No help with the warranty people at all. In the end, we had to argue for them to refund the unnecessary tune up (they were going to charge the additional 600 for the replacement/repair of drive shaft). In the end, we did get the refund for the unnecessary tune up and lie. I give 2 stars mainly because the lied to us and did not want to do the right thing without us pressing the point. My advice? Find somewhere else to service your jet skis.
