Poor as it looks like they are out of business with a phone that has been disconnected

I went in to get a window regulator replaced. They fixed it well for under 200 dollars which was cheaper than everywhere I looked.
All LIES- met Troy on a Saturday to leave my boat. He stated that he would have it ready on Tuesday, I contacted him on Monday to makes sure that it would be ready on Tuesday—he stated that they were not quite through with it. Tuesday he would not answer the phone- Wednesday he answered and stated that he had got behind on it but would have it completed, he stated that that his mother had been in the hospital, he stated that that they were having power issues— on Thursday I rode over to the business— no one was there— NO ANSWER on the phone - VOICEMAIL FULL. Friday Once again would not answer the phone— I get a text message from an employee of his SO THE MESSAGE says to meet them to get my boat. I get there @10:00 as planned and no one was there. 10:25 and finally a guy pulls up on a moped. I explained that I was there to get my boat or get Anderson County to get it. He stated that he did not text me and he did not even have a phone. MORE LIES from Troy- the texted number traced back to Troy. Doug opened the business and my boat was just like I left it las Saturday. ———All LIES——-
I had a simple scrap on the front bumper of my 2009 Ford Focus. I have been babying this car since I bought it brand new off the lot. So I didn't want to just leave a eye sore scrape on her. My friend recommend Troy's shop and I definitely do not regret pick'em. They accommodated my work schedule through the entire process. Had the estimator stay a little late so I could get outta work. Their estimate was great. I had to reschedule dropping off my car like 3 times, the front desk girl was super sweet about it. I even had a time press and they fought to try and get my work done in a day. Didn't get it done, but they called me promptly. And they called immediately when they were done. I drove my car home and they called me again, they said they forgot to wash the car before I picked it up. And they owed me a car wash, if I wanted! Definitely choose these guys! They're super busy, but they do an amazing job!
Paid them over 3000.00 to repair damage to boat and had it come apart on me on lake. I gave them a second chance to repair it right and it took them 9 months before I got my boat back. And on top of that its coming apart again. I really want my money back but itll come back on them.
