Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Emergency room. Brought 80 year old mother to emergency entrance and girl running counter asks if I can get her in wheelchair. I replied no and she pushed wheelchair to me and shows me the door. After I get mother into wheelchair, the staff can't even open door for me to get in with it. This is where I've stopped to review. Will be back with review of services later but first impression is horrible and dangerous. I would be more than happy to be contacted and point out, and load employee into wheelchair and show her the door!

Do yourself a favor and go to a big hospital like Wesley if you have anything more than a cold. Needed emergency surgery on a holiday weekend and they refused to bring in staff. Terrible overnight nurses. Just avoid this place, too many reasons to list.
Horrible experience. Front desk staff was slow, unhelpful, and made a snide comment. Was put in the Covid area despite possibly having a compromised immune system due to an infection. Was left in the room for almost an hour alternating between semi consciousness and shaking with the chills without any contact from staff. When I finally asked staff when I would be seen I was told by a nurse in a rude tone that there were 3 more important people than me. I told her that I suspected I had a severe infection and she replied \we'll see...\ I ended up calling a family member to come get me and take to a real hospital, where I received proper medical treatment. Worse hospital experience I've personally ever had.
I have recently had two surgical procedures done and both the doctors and nursing staff were excellent and showed genuine care and concern for my well being, especially Debbie and Jess, pre-op and post-op nurses. Thank you, ladies!
I had an issue with receiving an erroneous bill but after the issue was escalated I received very prompt and courteous communication from multiple executives at the hospital.
