We used BrightStar numerous times for COVID testing at my fraternity house. Their services were exceptional. All of the staff I had the pleasure of meeting was great and professional. I highly recommend their services to anyone!

Brightstar has been providing coronavirus testing for our organization for the past three months and has done a great job. They have always been on time, professional, and responsive for us. Thank you to the team at Brightstar for all your help over these past few months.
My experience with BSC came in hiring for care for my mother who was in an independent living senior center. She was declining both mentally and physically during corona virus isolation and of course family was not allowed to see her. Kelvyn the owner and all the staff at BSC are kind and caring. I had the sense at times they were overwhelmed and scheduling was not always smooth as our needs increased. But BSC always worked to make corrections and improvements. The majority of the caregivers were kind and attentive, especially Elizabeth, Debbie and Mary, and even Kelvyn who stepped in a few times. BSC was very responsive to my requests. What they did not do is suggest increase in care or, as we finally decided was needed, a move to full memory care. I give BrightStar Care 5 stars for heart and 4 stars for execution.
Beth has been my father's caregiver for a few months now she's been only doing this for 3 months but you would think she's done it her whole life she is excellent at it. She is caring ,patient understanding ,aware and communicates anything that I need to know. She is like family to us we love her and she loves us it couldn't be a better fit.
Bright star is an admirable company, very respectful. I feel comfortable when employee's come over and take care of my husband. The owner of the business is very sweet and caring. Jake kowalski is an employee from bright star who always show up on time and has changed since he first came over. sociable and efficient with good work ethics. He tends to cook for the entire household. i would recommend him for caring with other clients who are in need. Bright star is very welcoming and wants the best care and happiness for there family's that are in need.
