The center for independent living, made it extremely easy to get the services I needed. I plan to spend more time at the center. The staff at the CIL truly cares about the clients they serve. Thanks Ricky Sylvertooth

This is a great resource for people with disabilities. I found out that the Center For Independent Living has a very nice little gym, complete with Nustep machines, weights and everything else a person needs for a good workout. The gym is never crowded. Best of all, it's FREE. Of course, you could make a small donation. Check it out. They have lots of nice people running the place.
