Poor communication with patients; Poor policy transparency I was denied service due to my previously scheduled appointment being cancelled without my consent. Upon arriving to my appointment at the scheduled time, I was notified that there had been a \policy change\ and clients who did not call the day prior automatically had their appointment cancelled. I was not notified of this policy upon the scheduling of my appointment. I am a communication specialist and [essential] healthcare worker and am experienced in providing a high standard of patient care. I feel I am qualified to state that Community Dental Center demonstrated poor communication with patients and poor transparency with regards to their policy. I was a potential new client and I will be seeking my dental care elsewhere.

I love my doctor here, Dr. Maynor, skilled dentist. I am a grinder and my roots are long on my teeth. She gave ne antibiotics for pain and after she pulled it she gave me pain meds. She is good and young and experienced. She is good! Gosh, what a skilled dentist who wants to help her patients. I have seen a lot of dentists and they are motivated by what insurance you are using. This clinic and doctor is here for you, to fix your teeth. A gift to the community. We are so blessed to have this clinic with a caring staff! So grateful.
Dr. Maynor’s work & chair side manners are phenomenal! The staff is very friendly & accommodating. I was very comfortable during my visit during the pandemic considering the fact that they have COVID-19 guidelines & questionnaires.
I have been with Community Dental Center for two years now and I couldn't be happier! The teeth cleanings are painless- Joanne has done the last two cleanings- I'm so thankful for her detailed education on how to better care for my teeth- I am much more motivated to care for my teeth when I understand the biology behind it, thank you!!! The dental work on some filling repairs was easy and efficient also! I certainly recommend Community Dental Center to anyone in the area! :) Thank you!
For someone who hates going to the dentist, this place makes me feel really comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. Dr. Maynor is amazing. She is very understanding and she listens to all of my concerns. Joanne, the hygienist is very gentle and she makes the experience go very smoothly. I love coming here.
