Love, love, love it here. Carla is one of the most gifted massage therapists I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Spa ambiance is lovely and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone!

I booked an appointment, then I had something important came up. I tried to cancel it with 48 hours to find out that I can't. I was charged 37 dollars for not showing up. Very unprofessional to charge people 25 % with out communication or asking the reason for not showing up. All the care about is money not people or service .

About 15 minutes into my massage a tap dance started nextdoor. No amount of spa music, white noise or sound buffering black wall material could muffle the sound of 20 feet tapping (nor the accompanying music). Upon checkout the receptionist did relay that she went next door and asked them to turn it down but it was too little too late - there is no way anyone would be able to completely relax with that noise. Before booking a massage I would strongly recommend inquiring if a dance class is being held and if the answer is yes, schedule it for a different time.
