I recently purchased my home and was recommended Central Title by my realtor. When I arrived for my closing I was greeted immediately in a friendly courteous manner and encouraged to help myself to a nice array of snacks and drinks while I waited (which was not long). Jen handled my closing, she was courteous, friendly, and efficient. Overall, a great experience for a first time home buyer!! Definitely will recommend to my friends and family.

If you have the option other company please give them chance. You can save 500 to 800 dollars. They charge fee too much with different names just title exam 640. Government recording additional E recording fee 250. i will not mistake again.
