Although I have had two positive transactions with Rick, I recently had a very poor interaction with Nate when trying to purchase a guitar. In the end, I decided to refrain from purchasing the guitar since I was given the cold shoulder. When spending several thousand dollars on a guitar, you should feel like a valued customer. My past interactions and purchases with Rick are the only thing which prevented me from giving a one star review. It's unlikely I will do business here again.
