Don’t do many reviews but have to be sure to give Bay Ready a 5 star review. After calling around to multiple larger (and smaller) companies I spoke with a woman Stephanie who was extremely prompt, polite and knowledgeable. After calling at 3pm the day before I needed concrete not only did they provide a much better price than the competition I called and who I have accounts with- they were able to provide next day delivery before noon to help us meet our deadline. Even after a hiccup with payment systems at our bank being down they still were able to assist. We will definitely be doing more business with bay ready because of people like Stephanie. Great service! ***Wanted to add to my initial review that our driver Ben was incredible. He was extremely efficient with his work and even communicated to some of my crew members in Spanish while operating his truck. If I could add another star I definitely would. Thank you for the great service and look forward to future projects with Bay Ready.***

Truck #123 @ approx. 7:50am Wednesday morning (1-23-19) Pulls out in front of me after watching me come down the road with plenty of time to pull out before I reached their vehicle. Not a single car behind me either. Proceeds to take two turns with absolutely no indication. Watch driving around these careless morons.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are pouring concrete into the foundation of a new house in my neighborhood and after they finished that process they started hosing the truck in a private access road instead of requesting a concrete washout as required by sediment and erosion control measures. They made a mess, the washout went into my neighbors driveway and the drain. Unacceptable, ,

worst and most dishonest company you'll ever encounter. STAY AWAY Cancelled on me the first day the rescheduled the following day at 9 am where they kept moving up the time till first truck finally showed up at 3:30 then left us hanging till after 5:30 pm where it had started to rain. Right away we realized that they have shorted the load and we instantly brought it to there attention , perhaps they had dismissed our claim. Having suffered this ordeal now we are considering our legal option.
