My engagement ring experience with Mr. George was absolutely care free and easy, not to mention enjoyable. After a quick phone call with Mr. George the previous week, upon arriving, he had options already laid out for me. Picking one was easy and the ring was ready within a week. Working with Mr. George was a pleasure; he is incredibly personable, as is his staff. Also recently discovered our best friends' (who are married) parents had their rings made by Mr. George back in the day. Ron George is truly an Annapolis institution and would be my recommendation for the go-to jeweler in the area.

Poor customer service, I do not recommend. I waited three months for one piece of jewelry and I asked numerous times for white gold to be used. He called me three times asking if I wanted silver. When I went to pick up the item, he tried to sell me the item with silver vice white gold. I went to another jeweler who values my time, and respects me, my intelligence, and my ability to pay. For the record, I offered to pay for his time, his assistant said not to worry about it. Find someone else that will value your time.

Ron and his team are the real deal. Genuine professionalism, incredible customer service, and personal interest in your purchase are par for the course from these talented individuals. I was so pleased with the engagement ring I purchased from Ron’s son that my (now) wife and I went back for our wedding bands as well. Throughout the process, Ron was attentive to our needs and timeline, and helpful in making adjustments to the rings as we needed them, often putting us before his own interests.
