I can only tell you one thing that I really miss all of my friends that I grow up with all went to that school I did learn a lot there but it's to bad that I did not get to graduate with my class of 1985 because the school said I needed 150 more credits to graduate so I quit school and got a job making 10. Per hour but I thank tohem for the opportunity to learn something

AVHS may not be the most wealthy of the schools but granted it's 100 years old by now. The school is not as bad as everyone says it is, the other people complaining about it have no commen sense once so ever. I have already graduated AVHS and through all my 4 years I can say I'm proud to be a lope. Sure, we don't have a fancy campus and stuff like other school, but other people that say it's ghetto, we'll news for you other highschool are not much better, I'll bet my cards and say that all the kids that wrote bad reviews are the juvinal delinquents of the school. Plain and simple. The school is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be, it is what you put into it.

Antelope Valley High School. Well, well, well. What can i say? The rooms were terrible. The bed sheets were stained and the walls were plastered with wallpaper that looked like it had been there for a century. The Light fixture on the ceiling came off in the night and landed straight on my husbands head! The food, the food, the food. WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THE FOOD? RATS! RATS EVERYWHERE! My husband ate a full bag of what he thought were stale raisins before realizing that he was indeed eating RAT DROPPINGS! And the noise, ohhhhh the noise. Constant bumping of "dupstep" music all throughout the night. My husband and I couldn't get a wink of sleep! All in all, i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY HERE. EDIT: My apologies, it seems I may have gotten my review mixed up. I have no idea what this school is like, i've never attended it.

I use to attend AVHS & still have a lot of great memories and bad ones this place is great unfortunately I got epilepsy while I was here too... damnit

I hated this school, i been there so much for different activities & you get the vibes of a haunted & ghetto atmosphere, it smells bad & looks like the buildings are ready to collapse, go to EAstside High school if you want a beautiful campus
