Great buying experience, overall! I imagine with places like these, people who walk in for the first time usually get “measured” to see if they’re really interested/worth talking to and will turn into a sale. We walked in, and while there was no greeting or smiling faces, we did get directions to the pool area when we asked. We knew before we visited that we would get an above ground pool that day. The sales people didn’t know that, of course. There were 5 or so of them huddled in one area and just watched us walking by. Finally, we looked “interested” enough to be greeted and helped. Cody, our sales person, was very casual, friendly, and informative! We asked a ton of questions as first time buyers and he answered them all. He was very thorough in the sales process. I appreciated that he gave us clear directions on what to do prior to the pool install. We’ve applied for the building permit, as required by our county, and waiting to hear back. We are very excited to get our pool and trust the guarantee Family Leisure offers. Thank you!

We just purchased a hot tub and outdoor firepit. The salesmen that helped us was Billy and Rich they were awesome very professional we were not pushed to buy anything they were very patient and answered all our questions. We really enjoyed the visit and will be back to buy again . Oh by the way they sell adirondac chairs to fit anyone as you can see by the Pic

Although I have read good reviews, first impressions are important. My wife and I drove to Family Leisure today (Saturday) to purchase a pool. We had not yet decided whether to buy an in-ground pool or above ground. So we had lots of questions. We walked outside to look at the in-ground pools. Nobody noticed, I guess. We looked inside at all the options for above ground pools. We hung around for quite awhile... at least 30 minutes. Nobody asked if we had questions or needed help. And there were plenty of salesmen clustered talking to one another. Two appeared to be helping customers. Not wanting to interrupt, we left. Not a good first impression.

Purchased massage chair. Didn’t receive delivery for week even though it was in stock. We did experience winter weather during the next week but I purchased on Friday and expected delivery during the weekend. I was told after calling a few days later that they don’t deliver on weekends. Would have been nice to have that info at time of purchase after staying home all day waiting for delivery.
