Here is a little business 101 for your guys... If a policy changes and something becomes required for service, post it. If cash is no longer accepted, Post it! Make a sign that is visible to your customer BEFORE THE ENTRANCE. Communicate with your customer. Don't make your CUSTOMER wait 30 minuets in the AZ heat to get to the cashier to be told vest and hard hat are required AFTER TAKING MY MONEY!! No were on Google, your website or your actual location states that a hard hat and vest are required to DUMP! Than after you take my payment, let me proceed to the dumping location I am told I can NOT dump without these items. I dump anyways and then you have the audacity to block my exit with a water truck! What is wrong with you? Is this because I am a female? I did not see another single customer wearing these required items. I was the only female in the line to dump so I guess only women are required to wear this suddenly required, not posted about protective gear. Women beware!

A little intimidating for two young girls to drop off some old yard junk BUT there where some really friendly yard care service men who helped us unload. So not too bad at all. Its mostly yard service dropping off stuff but I saw bikes, vehicles (which was interesting bc they say no batteries or tires??) Glass, metal, you name it. And lowkey there wasn't really anyone monitoring the actual drop off... if you know what I'm saying. They weigh your vehicle, we had a truck bed full of stuff, including a riding lawnmower, and the total was less than 30. There where also a lot of signs about protective gear... but we didnt have any of that either so...
