I booked a dolphin watch excursion with APEX for my family. Although it took a little bit of time to initially locate them, Capt Jimmy was friendly and entertaining as we toured the bay and coastline in our search. We located a pod of about 10-12 dolphins as they were feeding on a large school of fish. We kept our distance as not to disturb them yet the dolphins were engaging and occasionally stayed near to play in the boat’s wake. We also seen several small pods in bay. It was much better than the large dolphin adventure where you have a 100 tourists jockeying for position for a short glimpse. It’s was great to be up close personal, yet without bothering the animals. It’s a memory my family will never forget. I highly recommend giving it try. Thank you Capt. Jimmy!!

I have guided for fresh water in Minnesota for 25 years. I booked a last minute trip with Apex.This captain worked his butt of all day and then refunded part of the cost of the trip due to a slow day. GREAT CAPTAIN GREAT BOAT.
