PRETTY GIRLS LOVE GOD

I started doing business with Frank, owner of DPD Screen Printing, in May of this year. And what started off as a terrific experience quickly turned into a stressful one! Initially, the communication was fantastic! Frank would return my text messages and emails as well as set the expectations in a timely manner(no later than 48 hours as mentioned on his website) ,but I believe he became somewhat comfortable and slowly started picking and choosing when he would get back to me. I found myself texting and calling him for days before he would FINALLY answer and even when he did, i was always given the same old excuse \i was in a meeting\.In a meeting for days?? LOL. COME ON! I was patient with him because I know what its like to be flooded with work especially during the summer months. One Thursday evening, i picked up an order of shirts that he did for me. When i got home, i noticed that there was black or blue ink on some of the shirts. I IMMEDIATELY texted him a picture him of a damaged shirt hoping he would address this issue..well a week has gone by and i have YET to hear from him. I had just cut him some slack for getting white ink on the back of another order and now this. During my wait,I went to his business instagram page only to find that while he wasnt responding to me, he was posting print jobs and welcoming new customers/orders! I will never use him again and I would strongly urge anyone wanting consistency to find another business to work with!

DPD Screen Printing Design was Awesome to work with!! I showed them a couple of suggestions that my relay team was wanting for a t-shirt. In the same day, they emailed back an Awesome design that we all Loved!! The turnaround time (once we turned in sizes and amounts we needed) was Amazing! I have never had a company tell me they were ready to be picked up so fast (two weeks sooner than we even needed them)! I highly recommend them to anyone needing excellent quality t-shirts with a great design!

I wish I could give more stars to DPD Screen Printing and Design! As small business owners we have little time to focus on all of the many details that make your brand successful and definitely have needed an expert to take our needs and create something amazing. Frank is that expert! In the last 10 years he has designed a logo, built our website, updated it as our business has grown, created window signage and banners and designed and printed our T Shirts. As employees come and go, we have needed T Shirts and Polo Shirts with our logos constantly and he always responds to our needs quickly and just as quickly delivers a top quality product! You won't be sorry with the results you get from DPD! Frank has been amazingly creative, professional, and quick to deliver!
