I was very hesitant on getting solar For my house and I had researched several companies and option one solar was really the only one that showed reviews on their website, so when I received a phone call from a representative of option one solar by the name of KC he had spoken with me about how everything works and the benefits of having solar. KC kept in contact with me from the start to finish with all my questions answered as promptly as he could possibly give it to me. The thing I enjoyed about dealing with KC is if he did not have the answer for me and instead of guessing he looked for an answer and got back with me as quickly as he could. If anyone is interested in purchasing solar for their home or homes I would definitely recommend KC from option One solar as the representative of their first choice.. A professional, reliable, and honest solar installing company that I have contracted to install solar panels on my house last week, 1/7/21. The whole process was so easy, from the very competitive quote, work planning, engineering design, and the final city Inspection like a breeze. We are very happy with their work: 1. All outdoor conduits were contoured to the exterior house features to minimize the impact of the looks and matching colors of the roof and stucco and securely reinforced all conduits. 2. All joints, penetration points were reinforced and sealed with metal flashing and with matching colors 3. The system were labeled with highly visible durable colored outdoor labels that seemed lasting forever 4. The housekeeping was awesome after every day work completion. 5. Very professional in dealing, talking, and helpful in getting all the needed records for insurance purposes. 6. Special thanks to all professional team work from Elijah Joseph, Richard Hernandez, Daniel, Alex, Victor, Sierra Wallace, Melissa, Allisun Thomas, and the Engineers. Good job Team! Thank you

KC was very helpful describing the pros and cons of a roof versus ground-mount system. He answered most of my questions immediately, and when something came up he couldn't answer, he did the research and got back to me promptly. Off-grid vs on, battery backup alternatives, the extension of the federal subsidy were all issues he helped me with. Even over the holidays, when most offices are not so responsive, KC was a resource I could turn to. I appreciate his professional attitude and knowledge.

I've called, was quoted and dealt with numerous companies and KC at Option One Solar was by far the most competent and honest person I have spoken to. He keeps regular communication on what's going on and has also reached out after contracts were signed to make sure the planning and construction team were taking care of me.
