I downloaded the app to make it easier but no where on the app does it tell you to bring your social security card (doesn't matter if you know it) and a drivers license. I book my time at a later time on the same day just for them to tell me that you need to receive an email saying you're approved and your email is where they tell you to bring your social. I highly recommend coming in 15 minutes early because they will forget about you. Wasted 2 hours of my time today

All of the BioLife staff are well trained and were very descriptive of everything they were doing . Also I received great customer service as well as all the answers to any questions I could possibly ever think of. My 3rd center I visited and I love this one the most.
I have been a fairly regular customer at this facility for a few years. All of the staff members are courteous, polite and professional. The whole process takes about an hour, the facility is clean and neat, the phone app is easy to navigate, the incentives make it worth your time and you get to help others. The employees as a whole work well together but a special shout out to Dana, Hannah, Jodi and Sara!
I have been coming to this biolife for years. Today I was 7 minutes late and was told the next appointment is 2 hours away. I was really only 5 minutes late as there were 3 people ahead of me and David who was taking the temperatures of us was in the phone when I got there. Liz, the manager told me a donor can be 1 minute late. More than that, younger the next available appointment. Wow! Wat to be a tad flexible with the people that pay your paycheck and make your company millions.
