We originally called this company to repair a freezer/refrigerator that had stopping functioning properly. The gentlemen were nice, wore masks in our house and washed their hands. After talking about the issue, asking questions, and working for a brief period, the main guy said the control board needed to be replaced. Given the age of the appliance and cost my landlord determined that it was more cost effective to buy a new refrigerator instead. At that point, the repairmen found that the refrigerator was also missing freon, and offered to add freon for a very low fee while simultaneously giving us a 90-day warranty. My landlord acquiesced and they performed the service. As far as I can tell, however, they never checked for leaks to explain why the freon was missing in the first place. After a day or two my roommates and I noticed the freezer was actively hot inside; all of the food had been thawed and in fact was melted, soaking any cardboard containers in the freezer. We called this company once again to let them know, at which point we were told this was normal because it was an auto-defrost freezer. After hanging up, doing research and finding out this was in fact NOT normal, we tried calling them back for an appointment. We have now scheduled 2 (after leaving 4 voice-mail with no response), both of which they never showed up for and haven't notified us they wouldn't. The only reason we are even bothering at this point is because of the warranty on their work. Long story short, look elsewhere if you don't enjoy being lied to or given the runaround.

Our fridge quit working today on a Sunday, but Appliance Pro came to the rescue. Their technician, Singh, quickly found the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and courteous. I would recommend Appliance Pro.

Wonderful service for my dryer and the technician is awesome about contacting us and notifies when he is on the way to your home. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Will definitely use them again.
