What a horrible appraiser. Showed up 3 weeks ago to do the appraisal, and it is still not complete. This is your job! The closing of this home is waiting for just his appraisal, and he can't seem to get it done. But if you call him about it, he is on other appraisal jobs, and is rude. If you want your appraisal completed the same year you order it, DO NOT USE THIS GUY!
