Best customer service! I was the 3rd of 4 neighbors that have used them and all of us are so happy with the service. When installed they were cheaper of two quotes and two of my neighbors had them for years! I can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with the knowledgeable and friendly staff! Would give 10 stars if I could.

I was a client for over 10 years, didn't have any other experience with any other company. This year I didn't get my contract and didn't think about it until it was springtime. Called and spoke to Rhonda who said she mailed it. I said she may have but that I never received it. She cut me off and started saying that how she sent it, etc and said they don't have Saturday appts, and that I'd be on the end of the list because they're servicing customers with contracts. She said she would mail me a contract so I could still sign up, even though she couldn't even tell me when/if they'd be able to start up the system. Weeks later, still no contract again... I was treated very rudely for a customer who gave them business for over 10 years. Don't use them--there's much better service elsewhere. I hope the owner sees this.
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. After using this company for over 5 years, I had one of the worst experiences with them today. After they came to shut down my system last season, I was informed that I would need a new control panel. I called today and spoke with Rhonda who stated that they were only taking contracted customers right now and when I told her that I didn’t need someone right away, she cut me off, refused my business, and became extremely loud, hostile and rude. Rhonda just lost this company a lot of money because I was ready to replace the entire system and was going to hire Live Oak Landscaping as our new landscapers as well.
