Where do I start?? My Husband and I were riding through Madison Heights and decided to stop by Aqua Pro to look at the hot tubs...Noah went above and beyond our expectations informing us and showing us all of the inventory. He asked exactly what we were looking for, we told him and he more than delivered! Since we walked into the door he has been courteous and professional and very proficient...he personally made sure when the delivery occurred that he was here to ensure that everything was in place and explained everything thoroughly to make sure we know what to do and to expect going forward. He also has been in contact with us to be sure everything is satisfactory. Thanks Noah

This is a Great place to shop for your pool and spa needs! I’ve been a customer at Aqua Pros Pools for over 15 years. Noah Sibley and his knowledgeable and friendly staff care about their customers and work hard to help with maintaining a clean and sparkling pool.
We had a great time shopping for my husband's birthday present with Noah and his team. The team was knowledgeable about products and provided excellent customer service. We will continue to shop with The Madison Heights location of Aqua Pros in the future, and we are glad to recommend them to others.
First time ever owning a pool like this! LOTS to learn but Noah helped ease the anxiety with that! It was an aggravating time as we waited a good while before getting the pool due to Covid but Noah kept me updated often and finally we have our beautiful pool and Noah still continues to answer any questions/concerns i've had! He deserves an A for superb customer service hands down! I am hoping Noah NEVER leaves this place!!

Been getting our pool and hot tub chemicals from Aqua Pro for years now. Noah is new this year to us and is always very helpful and knows his stuff. Treats us like a customer should be treated. Noah and team always smile and welcome me.
I have used Aqua Pros in Madison Heights for years and I always get a big smile when I walk in the door. We just purchased a new above ground pool from Noah and he did an amazing job! Thank you Noah for all the hard work. I know that I was a very hard to please customer lol!
