I'm not quite sure about the actual "product" that this company offers but I will comment on the fact that I left several messages with them over a multi-day period and no one from the company bothered to call me back. Liquid Thrillz however did answer my call (on the first try I might add) and we booked with them! Hope their rental is as good as their customer service!
My family and I rented a pontoon here recently. We were in a bind because the company we had our original rental booked through backed out on us last minute. I looked up this company and called them immediately. They were very accommodating and told me that they had 1 pontoon remaining. I quickly agreed to their terms and gave my CC number over the phone to finalize the booking. All was going well until we arrived at the dock to get on our boat. Our original booking (with the other company) was for an almost brand new pontoon that was costing us 495 for 8 hours... we’ll with Aqua Vista Sports that got us a 10-15 year old overly used boat with a lawn chair for the captain to sit in for 4 hours! Not only did the boat look a little crummy, but it ran slower than most kayaks on the water. We were told that the boat had a brand new 60hp motor on it, but it would barely even push this boat around the lake. We were literally traveling at around 15mph! On such a large lake, this made moving from cove to cove a rather lengthy event. Giving credit where credit is due, I will definitely say that the crew was very nice and accommodating, which is why I give them 2 Stars, but their prices are high and their boats are not of great quality. I would never rent from this company again... or at least not anytime soon. They seemed to me like a very low budget start up company
I called this place for two days straight trying to reserve a rental. They never answered the phone and the voicemail advised to text instead. I texted for two days. No one ever returned my calls or texts. Eventually when I called it said mailbox is full. Someone else will get my money instead.
SOOOOO MUCH FUN!!! The Jet Skis are amazing! So nice and fun! The guys were all really cool! Will do this again next trip!!
Equipment was in good shape. The crew got the kayak and paddle board in the water for us. We had a blast paddling and swimming across the lake which is only 1/4 of a mile! Price was reasonable.
The staff was great !! Thanks to them my friends and I had an amazing time on the lake ! You all were awesome! Thank you for making our Lake Travis Trip memorable ! Definitely one for the books !
Great service. We had a 8 person pontoon delivered to our property, it was in great shape and Alex was very diligent with delivery and pickup, and also with helping us dock to make sure the older people in our group got on safely
