I asked them to repair my riding mower. The mechanic recommended several part replacements but I asked only for a starter repair, which they happily did. Less than a week later I had to have the other recommended parts replaced and took it back. This is my forever mower place!

They had my weed eater for 2 months. I called multiple times and each time they would say they were about to get to it. Finally just went up there to get it and he tried to charge me for it just sitting there. We argued back and forth and he finally tells me to leave and never come back. He never tried to work with me or try to explain what happened.
