This is a good one! The front desk women with the sweater clearly told me at 3:24 to wait for an open lane, I waited up to almost a full hour standing right next to the front desk area. Clearly she knew that I wanted to bowl and would glance over to see if I was still standing there which I was. As the hour mark finally hit, 2 bowlers come in ( I know they’ve worked at arena) and go up to the desk and get an open lane immediately. The fact that I was told there were no lanes since Covid and the teams were practicing and these two just get a lane on the spot is outrageous. I guess the customers are never first here. Thanks a lot!

Our married couples group had a bowling event for approximately 30 couples. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The snacks/food were tasty. We received excellent reviews on the venue and look forward to having our next bowling event with Arena Lanes!
Nice renovations since I last stopped in here. The mini bowling is absolutely fantastic fun!! Bumpers, fun game modes and an area away from all the serious bowlers were kids can bowl on a lane their size!
Incredibly rude man that was at the front desk. It was our first time bowling so of course we were confused and he was extremely rude and gave us attitude. If you’re working in customer service you should know how to explain nicely to customers and communicate well with them especially if we were not being rude. And he wasn’t even wearing his mask correctly. Maybe people had it off
I feel like this place is a great inexpensive way to entertain the family. There is a gyro place connected to the end which has amazing food that's comes at a good cost. My only issue with the visit was the fact that I rolled 6 gutter balls in a row!
