Great prices on my used class books. However, I just dealt with the rudest lady ever. Sorry short blonde haired lady. Because I've been unsuccessful in getting my school i.d. printed she was extremely unpleasant about it. Ive gone to get my i.d. twice that it was unable to be printed for whatever reason (i.e. broken machine or w.e, idk. They tell me they are unable so I leave having wasted my time& has money). Again, she was unnecessarily rude as I at least had my regular i.d. and had already ordered online and when just picking up (meaning my identity had already been proven). She didn't need to be rude at all. Im tired of dealing with rude college staff. I. Freaking pay to come to school here. The least the staff could do is be polite or the least the school could do is hire polite staff. Jeez, unbelievable.
