My coworker went to this location and had a sickening experience. She is experiencing a high risk pregnancy with twins and has had concerning issues so she is understandably very stressed. A week or so ago she was visibly bothered and apparently had been \fired\ by her doctor because she was too high risk and apparently they didnt feel that they could handle treating her. They didn't give her a valuable referral to a doctor who could handle her case so she spent the next several days agonizing over how to find a suitable doctor (no one she called was qualified or willing to take on her high risk case). She finally found someone and went to ladies and babies to pick up her records so she could promptly get them to her new doctor so she could be re-evaluated and start receiving care. She was told she'd be charged to print her records and that they could fax them without a charge. She begrudgingly agreed, but then found out they had not sent her ultrasounds. She went back on her lunch break and returned IN TEARS because the receptionist refused to help her and SLAMMED THE RECEPTION WINDOW IN HER FACE. No one deserves to be disrespected in that manner ESPECIALLY someone who is obviously already distressed do to pregnancy complications and has been facing obstacles throughout the whole experience. This incident is appalling and completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My friend is traumatized and shaken by the poor treatment she received at this clinic and I hope no one else has to go through that kind of horrific ordeal due to the cold, cruel, and intolerant people this clinic chooses for their staff. Hopefully her new doctor has a more polite staff instead of the petty people with zero compassion that this place employs.

Dr. Ancheta is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor! He delivered my first baby safe and sound after a pretty challenging pregnancy and have made me a very confident mother! I highly recommend and I definitely will come back to him for my future pregnancies!
