Chris Bradford was our service advisor at Audi of Arlington. He did an outstanding job of taking care of us. Everyone we encountered in the dealership went out of their way to make sure we were being taken care of. The car was repaired and returned to us quickly. The type of service that we received at Arlington is exactly what will keep us as a repeat customer. We have used the other local NOVA Audi dealerships in the past. Their service does not compare to Arlington. Thanks Chris and team!

This was a very bad experience. The salesman was new and tried his best even though he didn't know much and admitted that he didn't speak English well. The internet manager Roy and the finance supervisor Tu were not customer service friendly. I would not recommend this dealership.

Just recently leased a 2020 A4 Audi. When I was feeling down after I totaled my 2020 MBZ I received a phone call from from my inquiry online Audi Arlington by Dino Muller. By the way has no relation, but after he provided me with the upmost professional service you could ask for and the absolute easiest car buying process experience I've ever had in my life. Ironically I felt like family at that dealership. Including getting me into a car that I didn't think was possible in the beginning and getting to drive home in one of the showroom floor models! 5 stars to you guys over Audi Arlington!! I also can't forget to mention Mr. Tu, who was very easy to negotiate with making it a flawless deal. As well, Mr. A.K.,.. this guy was class act .. He definitely made it painless to add on my maintenance package. and was super cool and patient as I had to talk my wife into understanding that I needed that Tire and Rim package as well!! I highly recommend this Dealership and Audi to anyone in the market in getting a car.!
