Just had 4 tires replaced at Bruce’s. Hands down the best experience at a mechanic shop. The customer service was excellent, Bruce was very thorough and friendly, and they had my car done in less than an hour. He gave me several recommendations for tires based on my driving type, and didn’t pressure me in any way. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone looking for great customer service and an excellent overall experience.

Had some nails in my tire. Bruce was great. He needed to order a new tire (you can't plug it if the nail is in the sidewall). I brought my car in by 7:30. The tire showed up at 8:00. I picked up my car at 8:40. That was as painless an experience as possible.
