Best urgent care center Ive ever seen! Great staff! Clean facility! Quick service! Genuine care! Wow.. I almost want to get sick again... #toosoon lol but seriously Alyssa at the front counter was magical with her compassion - the healing started when we walked in the door.

I went to Concentra Clinic, on Friday. I walked in The front desk person told me to sign in, so I did. I filled out paperwork and turned it bk in at the desk. She said someone will be with me in a few minutes As I sat bk down, someone called me to come to The bk and I put my personal belongings locked Into the cabinet, then I completed what I was there for, signed paperwork. She was so polite and friendly I asked how long it would take for results to come Back, and she told me. I would recommend others To this particular clinic.
Front entry staff was very kind. I was there for a work injury and was in a lot of pain, so they brought me a wheelchair. i was wheeled into a back room, had a quick intake about what happened. And then left there alone for nearly an hour in extreme pain. I had to call the front desk to make sure they remembered I was there. Turns out the doctor was at lunch. Which is fine... but someone could have checked in with me and let me know of the delay. plus I was in a ton of pain. They didnt do an exam, just asked questions. The next day when My chiropractor did a thorough exam he was apalled that no one had done this at urgent care. I did not feel like the doctor cared about me. They gave me x rays (the technician was very nice) and sent me on my way. Not satisfied. i do not recommend this place for care.
Great place. Very professional and a fast, safe, place to go. I will consider them a 10 on their services. Thanks
