I had such a great experience here today. The beautiful young lady at the front and Amy were so welcoming and helpful. I didn't have any piercings besides two lobe piercings (one on each ear) prior to coming here. I made my appointment for 2 upper lobe piercings, and one helix. The young woman at the front assisted me through the paperwork, made sure I understoos everything, and helped me pick out my jewelry. You can tell that they are very knowledgeable on their trade. Amy brought me to the back once everything was ready, and she made me feel so comfortable. I was extremely nervous going in, but she walked me through every step so I knew what was going on at every second. This place is very clean, and it's obvious they take sanitation seriously. I was really pleased with that. I will most certainly be coming back for any future piercings. Just a side note for first time customers or people who aren't from the area where they are located: Parking is behind the building, but it is limited and they aren't real spots. If the lot is full, like it was when I went, it is very hard to get out of the lot (like a 12 point turn hard). I reccomend skiping the back lot, finding somewhere else to park along that road, and walk to CraigPokesU. About the earrings in my pictures: the larger studs were not purchase here, but the small studs and helix earring was. Their earring selection is really good, and they had the perfect earrings to match the studs I normally wear and my wedding bands!

Blake did an amazing job with my septum piercing. I got a little dizzy and he was extremely patient and kind and offered me some candy to get my blood sugar back up. It was clean and tidy in the shop. I would definitely recommend Blake!
These guys are the best! I don’t go anywhere else. Got four ear piercings and a floating navel piercing from them. Very clean and professional place with a very friendly staff team. After my navel piercing, the piercing started sinking into my stomach and I reached out to them. They told me to come in with no appointment and I did. They took great care of me and got my jewelry switched to something that would heal better. Love this place! Can’t recommend them enough!
Can't say enough great things! Got my first nose piercing in November. A really tiny diamond stud. Process was quick and relatively painless. Noticed 2 1/2 months later that the stud seemed to be sinking in my nose. Reached out and they responded immediately that I could come in the next day- no appointment needed. Went the next day and swapped for a bigger one. Took all of 5 minutes. The establishment is very clean and sterile. They follow sanitation procedures and staff is super friendly!
This place was professional from start to finish, especially in the time of Covid-19. There staff was friendly and courteous and the store was impeccably clean. Blake was excellent with my 10 year old. He explained the entire process as he went and calmed all her fears. Definitely recommend!
