An outstanding experience from start to finish. My home in McLean needed a complete exterior trim painting (3-story brick house with extensive trim and some siding)12 years after original construction and painting. (Touchup only had been done prior). Ken gave us an estimate with a more than fair price. After positive reference checks we gave him the job which he decided to do personally. It stretched out over three weeks with some weather delays, but mostly because Ken was meticulous. He first removed the screens power washed the entire house, then did a full two coats with great attention to detail. He power washed the screens and reinstalled them. If you want a quality paint job, Ken is right for you.

I was in a jam and needed my place painted fast, and it had to be perfect. Tall order, but Davin Davinci's came through in spades! Pricing was highly competitive, professionalism was superb, and the quality of the finished product was nothing short of amazing. Ken was our painter, and his experience in the business paid big dividends towards making solid recommendations on the type and finish of the paint I wanted for each room. He was attentive to my desires while offering sound advice for the type of look I was trying to achieve. The billing was straight forward and easy to understand, with everything spelled out in detail prior to starting the job. Any changes or add-ons during the job were again clearly written up and agreed upon before proceeding. I liked that I knew exactly what I was agreeing to before the work began, and I knew exactly what I was going to be paying for what I agreed to. Ken did everything he said he was going to do and didn't try to slide in any unexpected charges. He has earned a loyal customer, and I'll definitely be using Davinci's for all my painting in the future!
I contacted this company because if their expertise in dealing with extensive exterior painting projects. I had seen their trucks downtown in the city and I wanted to reach out to see if they could provide me with an estimate for the painting of our 3 story single family home that was mainly stucco. Herbert came out on a weekend and he was able to see the scope of our work. We have been dealing with sections of the stucco falling apart. He told me about a special type of Sherwin Williams primer that was part of their marine division. He advised me that this would be the most durable primer that I should use for my exterior stucco. We also talked about some peeling issues that we were having with the wood trim. He spent a good half hour discussing the various options. He then printed out the estimate, and the price seemed very reasonable compared with some of the other quotes that I had received over the summer. I did my research and gave Herbert a call to schedule the job. They were able to start the power wash the very same week,and the preparation and priming took place a few days later. It took them about six days to finish everything, and now our house is looking fantastic. You can't even see the previous stucco damage!
Ken and his team are amazing! I had old popcorn ceilings and outdated wall colors in a condo I just bought. I contacted him and in his quiet, humble way, his team got it all taken care of on a great schedule and for a super competitive price. It looks incredible. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t have quality work at a reasonable cost in a reasonable time frame - it’s just not true because these guys did it and were friendly, patient, and flexible while they did it. I highly recommend DaVinci’s!!
We had purchased a new home in South Arlington a few weeks ago, and the place needed some serious rennovation work. I called these guys because they specialize in both drywall and painting. We had installed new track lighting in several of the ceilings, so there were a lot of holes that needed to be fixed and painted. We also needed to repaint most of the walls. Ken was able to come out right away to give us ab estimate, and he also helped us pick out colors. We hired this company because it was apparent that they had more experience than the other companies we spoke to. They were also able to begin the job in a matter of days, which was important because we had new hardwood floors installed soon after they were finished. Ken walked thru the job at the very end, and there were only a few minor touch-ups that they addressed the same day. Their drywall work was flawless, and the new colors look great!
