Everything was fine. I rented from them from November until this month. Loved the team there. But, they decided to close permanently. Left me a vm to return the car. I called back and left a message. No response. A few days later, the car is gone WITH ALL OF MY STUFF INSIDE INCLUDING MY KAYAK. The 1.800 number knows nothing. It has been more than two weeks. I WANT MY STUFF BACK. NOW.

I can use my debit card my NET card my RushCard it was awesome only needing 200 to hold it's 15 for insurance through them very nice people inside the cars smells so good! Rental rates are cheap 20.00 /25.00 a day a valid driver's license ️
. I reserved a car and never picked the car up , and they told me that I couldn’t get my money back. I paid 188 and never ever test drove a car. They told me they could not refund the money . Worst experience ever . If I could give them zero stars I would !!!!
This place has been a nightmare to get on the phone. A friend of mine returned a vehicle to them almost 2 weeks ago now. They have been drafting 144 from her card everyday since she dropped off the car. She called once and was able to get someone saying that they were in the process of closing out her rental and she would be refunded. That was nearly a week ago. These good 5 star reviews all seem fake. Stay away from this place.
DON'T DO IT!!! I bought a car in September/October 2017. I have 4 children and said why I needed it. They placed me in a car that was on a factory recall FROM MARCH 2017 for defective engine failure. My car shut off with me traveling 70 mph with my kids in the car. We were stranded for 2.5 hours waiting on help. I have attached copies of the recall I called to try and ask why they sold it to me and no one has called me back. I even posted to my facebook about it because I initially thought it was my transmission. My coworker told me to look up recalls, or I would have never known they sold me a car 6-7 months after the recall was initiated NATIONALLY! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!!! I am contacting the better business bureau as soon as I can. Now I am starting over and wasted valuable money. If you value your life and the lives of your loved ones, DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! Some people write bad reviews because they feel cheated later but knew the cost up front. They put my children's lives in danger and that is something I can NEVER forgive as a father. They are my world.
