The whole experience was outstanding. I was called into the waiting room at the appointed time and your technician (I apologize, I do not recall her name) summoned me promptly. She was both professional and comforting during a worrisome and never previously experienced procedure. I appreciated the subdued and calming lighting. Very professional all around.
