Wow! I just had the greatest experience with the customer service (the person who answered the phone) and the owner. I needed two tvs' repaired. I informed the owner of the problems I was experiencing (black screen, with sound) with both televisions. He was responsive in informing me on the professional side...so detailed & offered suggestions for future buying. Even without being serviced, I received quality work & good value.

Their honesty is so touching. I called them to come out to fix my big screen TV. They could have easily come out and charged me a large house call fee to tell me they couldn't fix it. Instead they provided sound advice and directed me how to get the manufacturer to take care of the issue. I am very appreciative of their customer service!!

They sold me a new bulb for my rear projection TV and they removed the old bulb from the housing and installed the new bulb on the original housing while I waited. They were very helpful and courteous. They shared their experience and knowledge with me about my specific TV. I highly recommend their company and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
