Wonderful service, compassionate and helpful workers. Was a pleasure finally dealing with responsible , professional group of people to help on the moment notice. Wish there was more like them, so i did not had to go thru hoops with others for 3 month before and got referred to A-Z medical in the first place! Thank you, guys, you are life savers !

Just got off the phone with the most rude woman, I called and politely asked what their hours were today and was asked what test I would need done. Replied I just needed to get a back brace and was told by my insurance company that is where I would need to go through. The woman then told me my insurance doesn't know anything and that they don't have what I need but \could feel free to waste my time and gas and see for my self\. I wish you could give a 0 star rating, they need to retrain their receptionist on customer service skills.

Called regarding a referral and who ever answered the phone needs to lose this job. Absolutely RUDE. I asked for their fax number and she asked me for what? Well, thankfully I know not to refer to this company.
