Review for haircut (salon offers many different services): So, bittersweet experience here. I got a haircut that I hated. It was unprofessionally done (layers were awful) and not even close to what I asked for. HOWEVER, I went back and requested a refund and Nahid was very understanding and apologetic. Her service and kindness would make me want to come back, but never for a haircut (at least NOT by anyone BUT Nahid).

Had an updo and makeup done, was ready to cry by the time I left. I felt hideous. I had shown both stylists pictures, and both turned out nothing like I asked. The updo was literally the opposite of what I asked. The picture I showed was loose low curls with some dangling pieces. I ended up with high and tight curls and nothing dangling. I even stopped the stylist in the middle of the updo to re-show her the picture. She still did not change it. And then I asked her to change specific things, and she flat-out said "no." I went home and redid both the hair and makeup. So disappointed.
It was a very nice experience. I got a facial and couldn't be happier with the service and my results!

Ive been coming here for years, and I intend to continue to come here. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they do excellent work.
I was disappointed with the quality of my haircut and plan to get another haircut not even two weeks later to fix it. My hair was cut incorrectly, and my sideburns were done so unevenly that I had to go back to the shop an hour after the original cut to ask a different lady for my sideburns to be redone.
