I have used this company before for a move about two years ago. That move was excellent and the move I had yesterday was the opposite of that. To begin with I thought that it would be a good experience with a call checking in to tell me they would be there in about 30 minutes. They then showed up about an hour and a half later with no update/explanation when they arrived, which no worries. They then took 2 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment worth of things which are a couple couches, standard bedroom set, boxes, no appliances. Last time my entire move into that apartment with a 30 minute drive was 2 hours. Then took an hour to move my belongings into my new apartment. But the 3 mile drove to my new apartment took them 30 minutes. Started at 9:30am finished moving at roughly 1pm. Gentle was not the name of the game with the guys I got. I watched one of the guys always use brute force as the method he went to first, the other guy would approach things logically and rotate furniture through doorways like you would expect from professional movers. Still unpacking so I don't know if there is anything else but so far they somehow lost a shelf from my entertainment center after they shrink wrapped it, broke a standing lamp, and broke a monitor. The monitor might have been a packing issue but based on the way it shattered I can tell that it was more of a force issue as my other monitors did not break. Thankfully it wasn't my gaming monitor. Overall, frustrating move and will take my business elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Matt and his team moved our office into three storage units four months ago, one on-site and two off-site, and did an excellent job. It was a pleasure to work with him and his team; they were courteous, competent, and quick. They also moved us back into our office the following weekend and again did a great job. Their website is exactly what they are: professional, experienced, trustworthy. We will call them for the next move. Thank you!

This is a must hire company. The did a tremendous job helping me get my family moved from Dfw to east Texas. Matt and Parker were exceptional. They all went above and beyond there means to get the job done. I highly recommend this company to get your family and belongings moved.
