What started out as a positive experience quickly turned the opposite. I was given a 5-month treatment plan of going 3x per week, which due to my scoliosis is what I anticipated. However I'm pregnant and can't be x-rayed yet. I was put on a \pregnancy wellness\ plan. But why is that 5 months long if I'm due in a few weeks? And why would you want to begin a long-term treatment plan for scoliosis pain before being x-rayed? I decided to see how I felt after the first month and to see if my test results after that month showed improvement before I made my decision on whether or not to continue. Unfortunately, my last adjustment ended in a lot of pain. She told me she was going to twist me a little further than normal, and when she pressed down on me my sternum popped and immediately started to hurt. I expressed this and was told it's normal even though my chest isn't what was being adjusted. It's been a week since and my sternum still hurts really badly, is tender, and hurts when trying to lift my daughter. I also started to notice my back pain worsening the last few adjustments. What felt a little better at first now hurts worse than when I began. I feel this is because adjustments were started before x-rays could be done and I don't feel that was a safe thing to do. I should've been turned away and told to come back after I give birth, but I feel they just wanted my money. Very disappointed as I was hoping chiropractic care would finally help ease my back pain.

I've been going to Restoring Life for about a year and I wish I found them during my second pregnancy and not after because not only are Dr. Eric and Dr. Katrina the most knowledgeable and thorough chiropractors but they care and love what they do. I don't want to just post a 5 star rating just because I like them, but because they could have 10 stars for everything they've done for myself and my family. They are understanding, genuine, family people- people that have helped with the kids while getting an adjustment, they know you're time is precious and truly care about the patient- never a customer, offer free food occasionally and also considerate for those with a gluten allergy, have a great holistic care as well for naturalists, and are so professional in the detail of care in making sure you are properly taken care of for your adjustments. The detailed process from the xrays and health reports, to the wellness care and restorative care to get you back on track and living your life. I would recommend Restoring Life anyday for anyone in any stage of your life, babies and pregnancy included. Thank you guys!!!

A friend recommended Restoring Life Chiropractic to me about 3 months ago. I can't express how greatful I am to that friend as well as Restoring Life. Pain wasn't necessarily a problem for me as I was use to it. I needed an over all reboot. Seriously life changing results, no pain at the end of my long days, more energy, better sleep, I could go on and on. The staff are friendly and always smiling. Love this place! Started my journey of chiropractic at 5 months pregnant- 3x a week plan. Has helped with my sleep and comfortablity throughout my pregnancy as well as getting my pelvis in the right place for birth. Only have 5 weeks until my due date and feel like Katrina and Eric have helped my journey so much. Love the staff there, just a welcoming environment.
