If I could give a negative five stars I would. The current manure pile is over 51 feet long and over 7 feet high, which attracts insects. The owner neglects to do any pest control in the barns resulting in horses being subjected to fly and spider bite infections which must then be treated at the boarders expense. The owner lets her own horses run loose on the property resulting in damages to boarders horses (their barrel horse likes to bite and kick) and damages to boarders personal property (ripped open feed bags, busted bales of hay), which the owner refuses to compensate for. The owner has stolen from boarders and then denied it, even though she is the only person with the key. The owner does not enforce basic barn cleanliness resulting in several of the lazier boarders perpetually having standing manure and urine in both their stalls and outside runs. There is a boarder there with two malnourished horses and the owner does nothing. There is a six foot deep pit in one of the pastures that is regularly used by boarders. Instead of filling it in and removing the danger, the owner threw sunflower seeds in it and still allows boarders to use the pasture. The list goes on. This place is disgusting and should be shut down. Boarder beware.

This barn is one of the worst barns I have ever boarded a horse at. I would not recommend Triple T to anyone even if it was a last resort. The arena is full of broken metal, plastic, glass and rarely gets drug. The round pen is the same way. The owner of this barn fails to fix any problems that arise. The gate to the pasture is broken so you have to lift it up to open it. There is an excessive fly problem. A lot of the boarders are very judgmental. The owner will gossip to other boarders about you when you are standing right there. If her horses get into any of your stuff she does not reimburse you. The owners also kept a horse alive that was clearly in a lot of pain and should have been put down a long time ago. To my knowledge at least 6 people have left this barn in the past 3-4 months The last straw for me was when the owner told her daughter to lunge my horse without my permission. She took advantage of my grandparents that know nothing about horses and put my horse at risk for being hurt. She didn't tell me until the next night. The owner also said that they lunged her because she was limping. Therefore putting my horse at a greater risk of becoming hurt. I walked her the next night and she was perfectly fine. Then when I confronted her politely she became very hostile and rude and would not even address me by my name she referred to me as \little girl.\ Very disappointed with this barn. I am editing my review from earlier: After the owner read my review she proceeded to tell me \Good luck little girl\ it's so sad that a grown woman is acting like a \little girl\.

So welcoming! I can hardly wait to go on a trip again just to stop in. These people make you feel like you've come home.

I have been here 1 1/2 years and absolutely love it! The owners are FANTASTIC and are willing to teach you anything. I love having our horses here and I know they are safe. I've made many friends there too. Couldn't ask for a better barn family!
