Only able to get passport if you made an appointment.
Passport Review: Be ready to wait! I got in @9:10 didn’t leave until 12:30ish. The guy Joe is extremely rude, so if you’re sensitive I’d steer clear. I attempted to make conversation with him telling him how I got lost on the way there. He cut me off & told me & I quote “I don’t care there are signs everywhere”. When he found out I was a tired nurse coming off a 14hr shift he decided to be “nice” & make conversation. Overall he was helpful & prompt with explaining paperwork. However I look for kindness over everything. And this wasn’t it! If he didn’t know I was a nurse I’m sure he would’ve kept the attitude he had from the beginning. Please teach your employees to be kinder. Wont be coming here again.
Lost two packages from me to others. Poor and careless customer service. These two packages cost me over 200.00 to replace. No concern for the public. I just may open an account with another shipper. They were shipped by first class and Priority mail insured. I am currently driving 6 miles round trip to another post office in another town, so far all my packages have been delivered from this new location. The postal system needs overhauled and a new company needs to be hired to manage it.
The post man & the station manager are refuse to deliver my package.. I will be Swearing out a warrant for their arrest.. This is a Federal Offence.. They are acting on their own & refusing to follow the law. They are Personally Obstructing the Mail. I will be filing a 1.2 million Law Suit. Look up 18 US Code 1701.
