The go to please for hearing aids. There are several other shops in Sun City, but these folks consistently win the local best of the best awards and have done so for the past eight years or so. Great staff and outstanding support after the sale. Never a charge either.

I called ahead of time and asked if they would reprogram hearing aids that I already owned and I was told yes They would. Today when I went there for my appointment they asked me where I got the hearing aids and I told them that I bought them online. They then proceeded to tell me that there’s no way they can program them because hearing aids that are bought online are different than those sold directly from the factory I called the place where I bought the hearing aids and they told me that that was not true that the hearing aids that I bought did come directly from the factory but when I asked the audiologist if he had even tried to program them he said yes he did and it didn’t work -I don’t believe if that’s true. I just recently experienced a death in the family and wanted to have my hearing aids reprogrammed so that when I went to the memorial service I could hear everything that was being said instead of trying to work with me and show some compassion for my situation I know the intent was solely to sell me new hearing aids. Fortunately I did find a local hearing aid company that was more than willing to work with me and reprogram my hearing aids.

After taking my Aunt to Armand's, I knew exactly where to take my 88 year old mother when her hearing was deteriorating. Armand's is close to where we live but so are other places. I am so glad we found Armand's first. Their warm and friendly manor made my timid mother feel very relaxed. She's been bragging to the family about all the state of the art equipment they used. We were never pushed into buying new hearing aides. They told us what they could do and gave us a price. (seemed like a good price to me.) There was no hard sell. Crystal in the front office is a doll. She is very knowledgeable about different types of hearing aides. She was able to get us in quickly and Mom will have her new \ears\ this time next week. Hearing loss runs in our family, when it's my turn I'll show up at Armand's
