I hired Armor Glass for several reasons. First, I live on the golf course where the first shot from the tee box lands on the fairway behind my house, but also frequently, in my yard, and worse, through my broken windows, 5-6 per year. Shattered glass everywhere, etc., etc. But then, even with a truly high-end security system, I began to realize how much my home was at-risk due to "smash & grab" teams who don't even care about 2-5 minute police response times. Armor Glass provides HUGE additional penetration from smash & grab crooks. And Hurricane damage protection!! And, lastly, the WOW ratings for UV and heat transfer. Yes, it's pricey. But, what's the cost to you when the worst happens? Strongly recommended!

They initially came out quicker than expected. They were very understanding that I was still waiting on a door that I wanted film on. Once the door was in, they came out at my convenience and finished the job. They took no money till the job was complete. This tells me they have faith in their product. I saw a demonstration of this film years ago and I was impressed then. I can only believe that technology has made the product better.

I had tinted security film put on all of my home's windows by Armor Glass. I live in an older neighborhood and my home is 40 years old with it's original windows. I also live near the water in an area with high winds. I chose Armor Glass because their 8 mil. thick security film provides protection against high winds and break-ins by burglars, reduces solar heat which saves on my electricity bills and also significantly reduces harmful ultraviolet radiation from the sun. I feel much safer now. I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it.
