Both Todd and Paul at Art of Tuscany were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to help us find the right tile and recommended two installers. We went with one of them and we couldn’t be happier. The tile we picked is premium qualified with rectified edges and a much lower price than big box stores. We’re glad to have found them and support this local business.

Great selection and pricing. I've purchased decking travertine and pre-fab granite counters here. Staff were consistently helpful and informative - thank you Stefano, Todd and Paul. Everything was as promised.

We purchased some tile from this place in 2018. They told us the only way to get all of our order from the same dye lot was to order it at the same time and pay for all of it up front (also pressuring us to buy right then because \prices are about to go up from our supplier\). We did so and picked it up in multiple loads. Upon unloading the last of it, we noticed the dye lot was different than the first loads. So we had roughly half the order from one dye lot and half from another dye lot. The color difference was notable, which was admitted by the sales guy that sold it to us when we sent him photos. He gave us all kinds of stories on what happened, blaming everyone else including their tile supplier (MSI Surfaces, who you should also avoid at all costs). They could not find any tile anywhere to match our first dye lot and agreed to refund part of our money for the mis-matched tile. Then started over a year of run-around and finger pointing and they eventually settled on the story that they could not refund us anything until MSI refunded them. MSI of course refused to refund them, so they then refused to give me the refund they agreed to. I pursued the issue with the credit card I used to buy the tile initially, who agreed Art of Tuscany was in the wrong and finally got me my refund. Then, the owner decided that refusing to admit their mistake and make things right was not enough and sued me to try to recover the money that the credit card had gotten back for me. It appears reading other reviews I am not the only one something similar has happened to. There are a thousand tile and stone places in the valley, and 999 of them are more upstanding and honest than Art of Tuscany. Stay far away from these liars and cheats.

I went to Art of Tuscany for my tile job that I am working on. I have to say my experience with this company has been to this point A Paul and Todd have been awesome I bought 3,000 sq ft of tile for my new home in Gilbert. That price was insane I couldn’t be happier also I’m going back to pick up my mortar and grout. And any other supplies that i may need .....I highly recommend this company.
