Horses were extremely friendly and tame. The horses listened very well while we were out on the trail, my 8 year old got to ride her own horse which she absolutely loved, her horse was exceptional with children. We got to gallop at different areas of the trail if we wanted to. Our trail guide stacey was excellent, shes very nice kind, patient and helpful the ride was very laid back which is exactly what we were looking for!! We definitely look forward to coming back soon!!!

Wonderful ride. Great staff. The ranch had a lot to be desired but it was a rainy year.
I took my daughter and granddaughter on the 2 hour ride we had a GREAT time. The horses were very friendly. We will be going back again!
The quality of the horse and the area to ride is what makes the experience for me. These are very loved and gentle horses. I felt completely safe on my horse named Rajah. She was an older mare with a smooth trot and she was strong enough to canter with my heavier weight. Our guides were 2 nice high school girls who are experienced riders. You'll ride down country roads, woods with deer and some open grass paths thru young pine trees. It's also stocked with friendly dogs, goats, piglets and even a cockatiel. So come early with some treats if you want to introduce your kids to farm animals. Cavet--a barebones farm owned by an old retired couple so just an outhouse, no bathroom. Was very inexpensive, so worth the ride up the ridge line.
Awesome time horseback riding with my wife! She found a great deal on Groupon and I'm happy she did. The ride guides were very friendly, and the trail and horses were both beautiful!
