Huge selection of quality art supplies for all media with amazing prices. Wide range of paints, brushes, markers, glorious papers, tools, canvas and even some kitschy gifts. Helpful staff! The prices are better than big box, go support this business, you'll be happy you did.

Since it opened I have shopped there many, many times. This past month I'm exploring oil paints; something I haven't used since I was 16. The staff takes the time to be helpful. They look up specs from the manufacturer to help one make a decision on what to purchase. They are always friendly, wear a smile and are helpful. If they don't know the answer to a question they will seek another employee who does or look it up. I find their service, attitude and knowledge so exemplary that it would take a lot to make me shop elsewhere. Go here first. They'll probably have what you seek. Someone mentioned their prices might be higher than national chain stores on some items; and that may be true, but I love supporting this business. Tacoma has needed a good art store for a long time. Keep up the good work!
