We ordered our quartz countertop through this company October 20’. When the countertop was installed they had cut the counter wrong, so that my contractor had to improvise by putting a backer material as filler on an area of the countertop. In the process of installation, there were several chips on the edge that were discovered once our bask-splash tile was installed and the blue protection film was removed. Our contractor scheduled a day in November for RKB Kitchen & Bath to come out and do the repairs but they never showed up on the date. After the holidays and new year- on 1/28/21, I placed a call to the owner’s daughter, Jackie, I believe. She said she would call back with an appointment. She did not return my call. I called on 2/3/21 and Jackie said she would call me back with an appointment date on 2/4/21. However she didn’t call me then either. I again called and spoke to her on 2/5/21 and she scheduled our repairs for 2/11/21. The did not show for that appointment. I placed a call today, 2/17/21, and Jackie picked up. I told her my name and home address and she hung up on me. Now when I place a call it goes directly to the full mailbox. I am very frustrated with the lack of response from this company. They do not live up to their word. They are unreliable and dishonest. Please think twice before allowing them the privilege of your time and money.
