I broke my foot and was in need of a knee scooter. I called this location and the office manager was extremely helpful. She had the knee cart ready and the paper work ready as soon as I hobbled through the door.

When I rented a knee scooter for my husband and he ended up using crutches instead , the rental and return process was very smooth and the staff was very helpful.

Beware of unwarranted charges. Equipment picked up on date requested by potomac medical equipment rep. 3 months later get a bill for the padding that wrapped the equipment. Bunch of BS.
